Refund policy
We accept returns for unworn items that are in their original packaging, with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
When trying on your new purchases, please take extra care as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc. If items are returned damaged, faulty, or show signs of wear, they will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on accessories, jewellery, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed). However, this does not apply if the item is faulty or of unsatisfactory quality.
Please make sure all returns are accompanied by a returns note. All returns will be processed within 30 days. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account. For any inquiries about when the refund will reach your account, please contact your bank for further assistance.
Return Instructions
Please ensure your item(s) are securely packaged when returning. The original invoice/packing slip must be included in the package. Failure to do so may result in delays processing your return. If you no longer have the invoice, please include a note with your order number and identifying details. Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked/recorded courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely. If your return is lost during transit, you can file a claim with the courier.
